Day Off!
I bet the Mariners wish they had one!
So, to take advantage of this relaxing day off, please enjoy a small clip from the greatest television show ever created:
Ever since the wonderful season that was 2002, I can't go to a game without running into half a stadium full of fans like Homer! I'm sure anybody who has ever loved a crappy team that becomes successful experiences the exact same thing.
At the game I went to against the Yankees, there was a fan there, all decked out in Angels gear, arguing with Yankees fans about how the Halos kicked butt in last year's playoffs. Only problem was, the Angels missed the playoffs by four games last year.
DEFINITE Homer!
And not a "homer" like Hudler and Physioc!

YOUVE NEVER SEEN BULL DURHAM?????? How do you know when anything is quoted from? Its a classic. Please tell me you have seen Pride of the Yankees though... If I had to recommend one movie to you that would probably be it.
Santana.... I'm just over him. It is so frustrating to see him go to the mound. And do you really want him in the bullpen when he gave up five runs in 1/3 innings? Who does he think he is, K-ROD?
I see this meltdown phase kinda like when the A's got rid of their pitching coach, catcher, and closer in teh same year, and then expected to compete... Zito was never the same after that.

Chris-
BEST. SHOW. EVER.
Even the recent years, which have been comparatively weak, are better than 99% of the **** on TV.
I'm a HUGE Simpsons fan.
